Shipping policy

We ship within Australia at a flat rate of $15.00 for Express Post (2-4 business days) with all packages requiring a signature on delivery. Please note that these are just estimated times of arrivals, and depending on Australia Post, deliveries may be delayed. 

We ship internationally to New Zealand, Singapore, USA, Canada, UK and Ireland. International shipping is at a flat rate of $45.00 AUD.

For international orders, please allow 10-20 business days for shipping and delivery. Any customs duties or taxes that may incur as deemed by your country's legal regulations shall be borne by the customer. It is recommended that you check this with your local authorities prior to completing the order. 

Alister Yiap is not liable for any losses and late deliveries caused by the freight/postage companies, local customs or third-party delivery companies. We are not liable for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
